lvl of enemy like you say ete is nothink. cose no matter what lvl you have 60+ or 70+ there is no buff for stun time reduce, just with regular hits or skills for person who is on stun you can delete stun, but if he get stun he stay howmuch secound is on stun. so the OL like me have also stun for 9 sec, but all time and for all lvl i make just 5 sec if thay have stun res buf. so like we see ETE or someone from this class report ir and thay repeir just for this class, thats why we have 100 % stun from him, cose we have no bufs v resist chance now. other ppl dont report or admin dont repeir for other and all have buged stun with 5 sec !!!

Yep we are 3-5 h max on exp, and you can check online status in statistic of server and find lots of other ppl who have more days online than we, so thay must be 80 lvl now :DDD less stay in church like you like more exp

Stun and resist stun buf not correct stun (9 sec) on person who dont have Resist stun buf = 9 sec Stun for person who have resist stun buf = 5 sec From Warsmith This stun with buf work 9 sec and no buf also 9 sec. Bug is also with buff cose resist stun is resist for chance, but not for time like we have now, dont know why nobody report it, and for example only from ETE char we have 9 sec stun almost 100 % chance, when from all other bow / glad/ tyr / over we have 4/5 sec
