XP-only mobs drop items on high level, so I assume that should be the case for all XP-only mobs. They were adding these XP-only to event drop lists last year (they didn't use to drop anything in past), so it's possible this mob has slipped through. Try to make a ticket, they'll probably add the item to its drop list manually.1 point
