  1. You're not really going to encounter many people until endgame locations because the leveling now is quite fast via RB parties. But yeah, once you get to high levels, online is quite good (definitely biggest english-speaking classic server right now)
  2. Napiš pm ve hře na "Wanali, ten je pokud vím jediný kdo má nervy držet část CZ/SK komunity pokupě Jinak jsou lidi rozházený po intech
  3. I remember that long term event we had in 2015 where you could only make party of like 7 people. It was wonderful, the exp spots were empty so you could farm anywhere you wanted
  4. In case it's not a troll post... Where exactly do they wander? It's not like other classic lowrates have GM buffers, it just doesn't fit very well on lowrates. People who join Classic usually do so because want a 'hardcore' experience (to some degree, at least). I'm not saying you're wrong but personally I just can't imagine anyone skipping this server "because it doesn't have GM buffer", it's just not expected feature on these kind of servers
  5. I like the theme but unfortunately we had an event fairly recently so we're probably going to have to wait a while before we get another one
  6. 200 IQ question actually, but then real question is... Can you reflect the damage reflected from your reflection?

  8. It's not something I'd worry about. Server is almost 5 years old and the online is just as good, or maybe even better than its earlier years, so there isn't really any indication as to why it should close anytime soon. Leveling up is incredibly fast (unless you're a mage) so you catch up with "lategame folks" very quickly. The fact that "almost all chars here have overenchanted weapons/armors and upgraded epics" (not quite true as far as I know, but there sure are quite a bit of them) naturally comes with another fact - these people have a lot of equip but only one char to control - in other words, since there're a lot of wealthy people means there're also a lot of people willing to help you to gear up. I mean there're even CPs willing to let you drive already equipped chars if you don't like having to spend too much time gearing... I don't have time to explain the whole process, but - leveling up is quick, clans need hands, a lot of pew pew awaits, if you like classic, just get in
  9. Yup, here you can check exact penalties: https://l2wiki.com/classic/Items#Penalty_for_equipping_items_of_not_corresponding_grade The speed / c. speed penatly makes using higher grade weapons on mages borderline unusable, but you can fly e.g. a B blunt on a D-Grade fighter if it's well over-enchanted (to overweight the penalties you probably need at least +7 or higher. Much more potent if you're char who has a lot of offensive skills and preferably a recharger...)
  10. CATCH UP THE HAPPINESS (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
  11. The early-mid game is pretty much dead, but it's because it's nearly 5 year old server and the progress is pretty quick, so don't get discouraged if you don't see anyone in the newbie locations - there's plenty of action in the endgame, you can check for yourself in some of the vids here: https://l2classic.club/forum/21-media/
  12. Doesn't ring any bell, who's Link and what's he doing in park?
  13. Yeah I mean it's a good system, I imagine a lot of MMOs have this function of a sort. If you want to get a decent profit without breaking the game with much P2W, it's one of the best options besides the usual hats (which I imagine make only a minimal fraction of profits here because we get a new hat or two for "free" every event). Meanwhile if they were to make Appearance Stone COL-only (i.e. not release them to events at all), I believe there'd be a pretty sick demand for them, especially from people who've worn the same armor/guns for ages.
  14. Don't know how it works over there, but the system is pretty simple and it's already functional on the g.o.d.+ chronicles - it should work similarly here, perhaps with more limitations (I'm not sure to which extent does the official system prevent type of armor change). But generally speaking, A heavy can be changed to D, C, or B or A heavy, B robe can be changed to B, C or D robe and lets say C light can only be changed to C or D light. It's fairly simple and yet it has such a large revenue potential, definitely bigger than those lame 'PvP' casino things they pull up with
  15. ^This way would work for me. And honestly it's time for the appearance stones already in general, at least the very basic 'higher grade to same or lower grade same type' (e.g. TPA to FP or Ava robe to Sage's Rag). Koreans are running in plush bear suits and we still got mf's who get itchy bottoms that they won't be able to recognize one heavy armor user from another in the rare occasions of them not having assassin transform on... It can potentiallly bring crazy money to server with adding virtually zero competitive advantage to its users. Yesterday was the best time to implement it, the second best time is today. Perhaps with the money they get from this they'll finally be able to stop sending those ""PVP"" casino mass mails
  16. Y but from my personal experience, I've partied with randoms a bit around 2 years ago and I gotta say, there're just some people whose playstyle is virtually being a bot, ie their only interaction with you is basically "ty for party" when they join and "I'm going off" when they leave. I mean, there're folks who are extremelly talkative and are looking for every occasion to yak about everything and when there're no topics left to talk about they at least commend you on getting 5 crits on a mob in a row, and it's apparent that botting wouldn't work with these folks, but I really don't feel like everyone checks out rest of the randoms party members for incorrect movements when farming... Anyway I agree that some steps should be taken (taking away some drop and exp, depending on the case - I mean if there were 8 real people and 1 bot in party then even taking all their stuff is just harsh) to encourage people to try to actively recognize bots in their parties, BUT banning immediately entire party is just unfair.
  17. Dunno, I could see why boters would prefer to be in pt instead of solo. Aside from the fact that farming in pt is generally much more effective, you could first "earn their trust" by playing normally and then switch over to botting. Once the people see that you really just assist and attack all the time anyway they won't notice you, you'll be much less suspicious to people outside of party and you can enjoy the perks of more efficient farming. I'm not saying it happens often, I mean if it does then case and point but if it's really that rare then it shouldn't be a problem to go case by case and find out of the botters really had anything to do with the rest of the PT members to avoid these loopholes for bot boxers
  18. I don't know... Honestly I'm not 100% feeling the removal of mob dropping either, I'm mostly trying to point out the fact that the way the characters remain online for so long after disconnect is just broken here, they should fix that one first.
  19. Y but like... When you disconnect and die to a mob, that's infuriating enough... So when you log in just to find out that you're missing your armor, it's just a salt to the wound - and salt isn't spice >.>
  20. One thing to consider as well are people with unstable internet connection, because the way it works now is that if you get disconnected while fighting mob, you stay "online" until the mob kills you... But still I'd probably vote to fix the issue by changing the way the disconnection works in a first place, though removing mobs death dropping would help as well.
  21. Well I've got to take the @AngelForEver's side here - how are normal people supposed to recognize a bot? There're people who just don't talk in party at all - sometimes because they don't know the language, sometimes because they're just not talkative. And if the person in question is a fighter who doesn't use skills at all and is just on /assist + /attack (maybe because he reads a book or w/e) there isn't a whole lot of room for 'random moves' there... I'm not saying it's a standard situation, but I can easily see how someone can not recognize a bot... And just like in real life, you can't just jail people because "maybe they stole something" - you usually need some kind of evidence, or it at least must be beyond any reasonable doubt, which I'm afraid might not always be the case here.
  22. This would indeed be an ideal solution, I've suggested this a couple of times in past... I mean it's a classic L2 server with word "classic" literally in its name, and honestly what's more "classic" than Giran full of shops - not sure about others, but >98% of the L2 servers I've played always had Giran as a main marketplace... Also the custom port there is custom and customs are kinda lame on such server. btw. you always Alt+P and if it doesn't help, you can reduce the PC/NPC limit in settings to minimum, which limits your vision of other characters to around 5 meters (so that you always see max around 20 chars so it doesn't lag)
