    honestly i dont see it as being a bug since it starts cast after check pet exist but then stops it due to fact target its out of vision. tho needs to be checked if its rly supposed to work like that or not. but its still a bit odd it checks for fact that pet exists first and lets you cast even if pet out of vision. tho if its a bug or not i cannot say for sure, need to try to see if it works same on other chronicles/off. and no i dont hate summoners QQ warlock is one of my favourite classes and one of the ones i played the most back in my times.

  5. in case people have trouble identifying it, this is sarcasm. 1 bcuz sometimes people think you change a number here and a number there and its done. what is wrong. (example, changing the mage nukes power was a kind of change some few stuff and links here and there and got fixed next day after it was reported basically, while stuff like sonic rage and raging force require a lot of effects and formulas to be identified and excluded/included/modified in a way that will isolate the problem to then try to make that the problm doesnt happen making so the solution will affect only this singular problm and not interfere in anything else. and it takes lot of time to be all done without delays happening from server stability sides or our real life, when half of the world is going to sh1t and people get problms it takes even longer) 2 bcuz sometimes somethings gets in front of it like for example when server stability problms appear like the ones happening for like a month and half till 2 weeks ago where most of the time was spent working to figure out why server was having so many npc and timers and crash problms. 3 bcuz sometimes as human being also have stuff that they need to take care on real life where problms also happen and in a team of few people, if one guy needs to take some weeks off cuz he have some sick relative or something it delays all processes and makes them pile up delaying all further processes and on and on and on. 4 bcuz we dont have to work only on investigation/fixes/tests/events/community managing/support/pep talks/insert other roles here, but also on improving stability, working with possible new clients, figuring out new updates content, figuring out new updates processes, figuring out what can we do on balancing matters, etc etc etc but i guess sitting playing computer games and talking random stuff about server admins life or work is also a good gig, should have picked that line of work instead. (this isnt directed to the people that report many bugs and many tests and are actually trying to make the server improve, more for those that just prefer to trash talk)

    - Fixed Dance of protection to reduce damage from reflect caused by any source instead of reducing damage from reflect from auto attacks only. - Fixed glow from enchanted sets not displaying when players go into transformation stance. - Fixed some problms with some of the not working missions such as olympiad related ones etc.. - Fixed Hero talisman - defense to not avoid beneficial effects (if you find some specific skill still being avoided please let us know) - Fixed over enchanted A grade weapons providing the char with more stats then intended. - Fixed Critical Wound skill debuff to the blow landing chance on targets affected by this debuff. - Some adjustments were made to try to prevent timers errors and the server crashes. We hope with this changes problms such as 21:00 bosses not spawning, zaken island time not changing and so on will be corrected.

    - Fixed necro not being able to put silence/doom in a target if that target was affected by fear.
  12. con does not give stun resist. str gives crit on some skills (exemple double crit chance on backstab) men does not increase fear resistance.

  17. EDIT1: With tomorrow restart the experience scrolls from all levels will be replaced by a 1 single scroll with a one hour duration that disappears if not used after 6 hours. Reasoning for the changes: this new feature was added as a progress measure and we want players to actually use this to level on their current level instead of just stacking all this scrolls to use only on later stages of the game where the struggle is not so much anymore due to bigger community and raid bosses and better overall farming zones and conditions. EDIT2: For the level 75+ mission drop amount has been increased for the following monsters: Lesser Giant Commander Lesser Giant Elder Lesser Giant Warrior Lesser Giant Wizard Lesser Giant Bandit Lesser Giant Shooter Lesser Giant Soldier Batur Barif This monsters will now drop 5 items per kill instead of 1. Especial note you need the exact number of items for quest to trigger next step so pay attention to this when changing to different farming spots. (example if you have 597 and you get + 5 you will be on 602 and quest wont proc, you will then have to either delete 3 items and get +1 or delete 7 and get +5. to sum up, your killing need to be exactly 600 for quest to proc next step). Quest will stay daily for time being, It might change in future.

QUESTS For some time i've been fighting with some problems i find in the general progress of the game and how it goes in general for a new player. Some problems i wanted to solve pass by new players starving for adena in lower stages of game, Not so experienced players not knowing what to do or where to go. Players not having much proposes to farm or go grind in general and just wait for raid boss parties. And at same time in later stages, how hard it is for a new player to catch up with the old players when it comes to getting that bracelet of duty leveled. In a try out to solve or at least ease this problems a new guild of NPCs joined the club. The Adventurer's Progress Guild. Meet Strix. One of the high ranked members of the Adventurer's Progress Guild. She will be the one in charge of helping you with daily/repeatable jobs. Strix will stay in Giran Harbor and will have daily/repeatable quests for everyone after level 25. From now on, fear skills will no longer be able to land in a target who is already disabled by fear skills. Example: i cast horror in a character, for as long as that horror effect is on, my other horror casts will be resisted and not work while previous horror skill duration still lasts. - Changes to summons. Since the beginning of 1.0 as a balancing feature, NCsoft added to pets a penalty while on PvP. All pets had since then a passive skill called PVPpenalty what made pets deal decreased damage in pvp comparing to what they did on pve. This penalty was added due to the fact that pets would come out already with full stats while other chars would be running on weak gear. As this is not the case anymore and big amount of the players run with enchanted gear and higher game skills that increase their powers, we decided is time to remove this PVPpenalty passive from the following pets: merrow the unicorn boxer the unicorn mirage the unicorn magnus the unicorn kat the cat kai the cat mew the cat feline king silhouette shadow soulless spectral lord mechanic golem This servitors will now have their PVP efficiency increased by ~30%. Pets from Necromancers/Soultakers and Dark avengers/Hell Knights will remain with their penalty for the time being. - STR Adjustments on HIGHER VALUES. We found some problems on the scaling of the STR values for cases where chars were using builds going above 50 STR. This mean that whoever uses 50+ STR builds will notice a small decrease on their stats and their damage in general. - GC adjustments Some adjustments were made on giants cave in the alarms system in order to try to correct the existing problems. Please report any errors still being found on it.
