We understand this is less that what you would be waiting for at this point but considering the situation going on in the world for the past 2 to 3 months and the fact some of the people that works with us on the background (technical, scripting, coding etc) are from some of zones who have been affected or are involved directly or indirectly with the world situation, our times to fully work has been heavly limited by external factors. EDIT 1: On next restart: - Anakim/Lilith fields will now be droping quest items for daily mission from Strix 75+. - Enchant supply box was split into 2 different boxes, Enchant Supply Box(only normal enchants as it used to be) and Improved Enchant Supply Box(normal enchants and improved enchants) - Enchant mission will be rewarding Enchant Supply Box - New daily hunt missions were added in replacement of the old weekly hunt missions where players will have to hunt certain ammount of mobs for the following rewards: lvl 21 to 40 - 200x coins of knowledge, 5x Sealed Rune, 1x Improved Enchant Supply Box lvl 41 to 50 - 250x coins of knowledge, 10x Sealed Rune, 3x Improved Enchant Supply Box lvl 51 to 60 - 250x coins of knowledge, 10x Sealed Rune, 3x Improved Enchant Supply Box lvl 61 to 70 - 300x coins of knowledge, 20x Sealed Rune, 5x Improved Enchant Supply Box lvl 71 to 75 - 300x coins of knowledge, 20x Sealed Rune, 5x Improved Enchant Supply Box lvl 76+ - 300x coins of knowledge, 20x Sealed Rune, 5x Improved Enchant Supply Box - Amount of Coins of Knowledge per pouch has been increased: Newbie Player Pouch 20-39 = 100 coins Advanced Player Pouch 40-51 = 500 coins Expert Player Pouch 52-70 = 4000 coins EDIT 2: - Implemented multiple checkes for missions to avoid exploitings regarding to: Player distance to monster Player to monster level Player to Players in party level - Epic jewels from Epic bosses increased drop chance increased to 65%, this includes: Queen Ant Core Orfen Baium Zaken Antharas - Epic jewels from priests increased drop chance to 3%, this includes: Queen Ant Priest Core Priest Orfen Priest Baium Priest - Priests bosses now have a -2+2 h random respawn.   2. This topic will cover all the changes coming to the Talking Island x3 server on 30.05.2022. Changes on this pack are more focused on bringing players more interest to the older stuff instead of focusing on totaly new content that will come on next pack, as well as bringing back some atention and interest on the lower level epics (AQ, ORFEN, CORE) back to the high level game content. We also created a new system for the lower level raid bosses in order to stop higher levels from wanting to overfarm them while giving to lower level players some gear capabilities on their progress while allowing them to keep all their adena to use once they reach higher levels. SKILS RAID BOSSES EPIC BOSSES ITEMS OTHER CHANGES SKILLS OLD SKILLS: New levels have been added for certain old skills to the respective classes. They will show on map as soon as they spawn. Raid Bosses up to lvl 70 will no longer drop normal items. Raid Bosses up to level 70 spawn a diferent type of owl that will no longer provide buff to chars higher then level 70. Raid Bosses up to level 70 spawn a diferent type of Death Knight that also does not drop normal items. Raid Bosses and Death Knights up to level 70 will now give upon death a Pouch of Badges to all members of party OR command channel that deals last hit. If a player that deals last hit is not on a party or a command channel he will not receive any items. Diferent Pouch of Badges contains diferent amounts of "Coins of Knowledge" depending on the level of the boss. Newbie Player Pouch 20-39 = 20 coins Advanced Player Pouch 40-51 = 100 coins Expert Player Pouch 52-70 = 800 coins Coins of Knowledge can be used on npc "Herald of Knowledge" in Giran, to purchase a lot of diferent items from soulshots and buff scrolls to armors, weapons and even especific enchant scrolls for this armors and weapons. Items obtained by Coins of Knowledge cannot be traded, droped, sold to other players. Armors obtained by Coins of Knowledge will not add any beneficial bonus to armor sets besides the common +6 bonus. Weapons obtained by Coins of Knowledge cannot be augmented or have runes inserted on them. Any item obtained by Coins of Knowledge will be impossible to use and unequiped if the player has karma. Raid bosses of levels 71 and above will not suffer any changes and will remain as they were. EPIC BOSSES Major overhaul on the epic boss department specialy directed to the low level old epics. ORFEN: Orfen is now level 82. Orfen's minions are now lvl 80. Orfen's EXP and SP has been greatly increased. Orfen from now on spawns in the Orfen's Nest only. Orfen no longer teleports anywhere. Orfen cannot be moved out of the nest. Orfen's Nest is now a PVP zone. CORE: Core is now lvl 82. Core's minions are now lvl 80. Core's EXP and SP has been greatly increased. Core's room and zone around the door is now PVP zone. QUEEN ANT: Queen Ant is now lvl 82. Queen Ant's minions are now lvl 80. Queen Ant's EXP and SP has been greatly increased. Queen Ant's room is now PVP zone starting at the beginning of the ramps. QUEEN ANT's, ORFEN's and CORE's DROP LISTS HAS BEEN ADJUSTED, IT WILL FROM NOW ON NO LONGER DROP C GRADE AND D GRADE ITEMS, BUT A GRADE ITEMS INSTEAD. Loot pool will be slightly the same as zaken with adjusted loot groups and chances. ZAKEN: Zaken is now lvl 83. BAIUM: Baium is now lvl 83. ITEMS New items have been added to the game. In addition to a whole new row of "common" items added to the new Coins of Knowledge system that includes armor sets from D grade to B grade, weapons from D grade to B grade, jewels from D grade to B grade and a buch of consumable, we also have new items for the high level community comming in. Folowing the focus of this patch we decided this would be a good time to bring a new level of epic jewels into the game. The following Epic jewels are receiving a new update. Queen Ant Ring Orfen Earring Core Ring Zaken Earring Baium Ring This epic jewels can now be turned into lvl 4 folowing the same principal as till today on the good old Baggins NPC. OTHER CHANGES Added new spawn point for Trex inside of the group area of Frogotten Island Increased drop chance for Fang to 30% Fixed stats of Cursed Man lvl 2 Strix quest items will start droping on Anakim/Lilith Fields in the next weakly maintenance after patch.

  5. becuz facebook is a ass licking company of people with money who keep closing our pages at the resuqest of NCsoft and innova, there was like 5 FB pages already, they just keep geting closed even when no LEGAL copyright infringements are made. none of the above, admins keep working as they did from start. changes keep being made, some fixes keep being added and future of the server keeps being worked on. this server will never be closed for as long as theres people willing to play on it. and yet everytime a new patch is added that affects only catch up mechanics and easier life for new comers, all the end game community complain about how they dont get anything new and they dont have anything to do in game. as everything in life, it needs a balance. hence the alternation between late game content and new comers/low levels patches. to the rest of the people, and as said before, people dont sudently feel interested on playing in a 6 year old server and thats understandable. work outs/plans to try to solve this situation have been in development and work for some time already but still you need to manage your expectations and not expect that with some change or some new newbie help patch or some extra advertisement sudently talking island and gludin will be booming with new allies and clans starting, its just not realistic to expect this in a server that is up for so long in such server hopper mentality as most of l2 community has now a days. as also mentioned before, we are working on some new stuff and considering new options and possibilities. as soon as we have some concrete works, you will be the first ones to know after us. till then, miracles sadly cant happen, neither are we waiting for one, but we keep on working on finding out whats the best for the project continuity and longevity, as also exploring some other external options that can revitalize this Talking Island x3 server.

    - Rechecked all levels of Primeval Talisman and fixed the following problems: Stun attack instead of stun defense MP consumption bonus not working on magical skills Skill powers bonus not working on some skills - Fixed Baium Talisman skill cost reduction not working on some skills - Scrolls droping from Zaken event chest have been changed from original version. Scrolls now has a 24h time limit. Scrolls now do not stack in inventories. 1 Scroll = 1 inventory slot, 10 scrolls = 10 inventory slots. Scrolls now can be used to buff yourself or your target (basically as a normal buff) Scrolls can no longer be traded. - Presents to commemorate this season have been added to everyone.
  9. exp on netherworld gatekeeper also increased on this restart. about the spawns, thats how random spawns work in such a large area, you have a big room where mobs can spawn anywhere inside it and when you keep killing in a small corner and they can respawn everywhere in the area eventualy some pile up in places where theres no one killing cuz theres no one to keep the balance, we keep adjusting the spawn areas to make it more precise, last changes we breake the zones in 2, so it would reduce this problm, we will see how it goes in future and keep adjusting some places.

  11. we do not ignore what you guys say or your opinions, its just not possible to do everything you guys want done and what the rest of people want done all at same time and in the speed you want done. its basically this simple. you guys want X, other group of people want Y, other group of people want Z and somehow we need to split our time in trying to somewhat please everyone, so obviously is not possible, this patch was the last patch to "finish" the old saga, for a exemple this was the last place where A grade will be farmable, from here on its time for a new "era" lets call it. the idea of adding heine into the map was already a preparation for the next step where bigger stuff comes in. this pack was most just kinda of a closure of a chapter and preparation for the beginning of a new one.
  12. we are currently working on a way to make that RMT farm in DI not possible to exploit with the scroll stacking situation. about new people the situation is more complicated due to the herp derp 6 year old server not worth to play tho we have planed for future patches a more streamline lvling way to close the time and investment needed for players to reach higher lvevels" bug - bug report on forum. there will be changes for the tali in future and the way its achieved.
  13. i would also like to remind you this is a private server with 3 or 4 people working on it and on its content. if you expecting major updates to come with full packs and full zones and full list of new skills and full all the good stuff every 6 months i have bad news for you. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. you guys play this game actively and are hundereds of you, its easier and faster for you go go and even over do the content in a pace WAY faster then we can create it so i cannot blame you for being bored, and wanting new stuff for your type of play all the time, it is just not possible and if you guys are not enjoying or having fun on what there is atm, maybe lay back a bit, play less time, play something else for a bit to chill and have fun and come back to real play when content pleases you, its a game afterall, you are not suposed to play if you dont have fun.
  14. as mentioned before, this zone is covering a hole missing on A type of farm, never it was said it would be the NEW BIG OMFG HIGH LVL FARMING CONTENT ZONE once again you get disapointed not cuz of the content but cuz of your expectations. fortress already happened once, if im not mistaken last saturday during the night. yes it might be disappointing, yes you want a new zone lvl 84+ with ubber dupper monsters rly hard to kill etc, but you cant have everything at same time and content cant be catered around the same group of people, yes you guys do not like the new zone i get it, you are not alone in the server and some people actually happen to like the new zone. this zone it is as it is and despise some minimal changes on exp, hp and maybe drops, will not be changed. it has a propose, its serves its propose. sadly the ubber dupper lvl 9000 parties will still have to wait for their new OMFG broken op farming zone.

  16. sadly we cannot make constant updates and have them pleasing or targeting everyone, in this one you have the hole that was missing from GC/PI being covered and it brings something interesting for everyone in high lvl independent of their classes or set ups with the attack on lilith and anakim forts. if this would be another zone with strong fat mobs then it would be the 3rd or forth zone being released where stuff like mage parties or AOE farming would be completely ignored. now its time for this classes to have some fun also.

  18. what is a kamael? why to include? lol problms with maps are already being taken care of but will take longer that we wanted and there was no point on delaying the patch cuz minimal and completely meaningless changes.
  19. no its not a description error, that item exists in game for long time already and has a small chance to drop from couple of bosses, tho agathion bracelet was not implemented yet.
  20. would you say ancient battle ground is a group zone? answer is yes. and some mobs there still have less HP and give less EXP then mobs of same level in solo zones. being intended for a group does not mean this place is so hard that you gonna need a insane group to do it. it simply means its a place intended for groups where you gonna have the best outcome while farming there in a group, tho the exp might be less if you are in a group, you will be killing a bigger amount of mobs at same time there fore gaining bigger amounts of exp and loot in general. also being intended for a group zone it means just that... it was INTENDED to be a group zone. Also this zone is more of a gap filling for a type of farm that PI could not provide - aka training and aoe farming, while also being the means to an end with the end being battle with anakim and lilith. This been said... stats, spawns and couple more things are already being adjusted as we speak, after couple of hours watching how people are going about their farms on this zone.
