Adena rate doesn't matter at all because markets will adapt to how much adena there is in the economy.

Please let me know where you officially were informed that the rates were changed to x1 after first restart.

It does not make any sense to use resources to fight adena sellers rather than just ban those chars. This will exist, a lot of people want it to exit in moderate quantity. This is how l2 professionals pay their bills, this is how people playing for a living is placing food on their table. Our beloved game has changed and evolved, this is a reality that will remain. IMO just TAX adena sellers somehow, let them buy memberships for doing their business here, that will help raise some equity for management team.

nothing wrong to experience with classes, but bear in mind that especially bladedancer is the most efficient within a full party and it's a total beast on the field if played right. Not that good solo indeed. Enchanting items is only hard if you are a solo player. Const parties and big clans will always have OE items. So rather than change the game, change your mindset you bring to the game.
