As far as i know. Enchantment rate decreases in each level on jewels + armor. I dont understand why the list goes up to 20 there though. Enchant rate on weapons is the same from +3 to +15.

Quests suck , they are very little quests worth doing , you should do one that gives you free d grade armor at 24 or 25 (moon armor quest from gludin) and after that near 55 lvl there is quest for lair of antharas which gives very good drops. Easiest way to level up is from RBs but you will have trouble getting adena. I always say to newcomers , there are spots where you farm good xp but low adena and spots where you farm good adena but low xp. You almost never have both in 1 spot. Check hunting places and you will understand

In any case you can level up EE , SE and then change to bishop on higher levels. Class change system is rly helpfull , check it out. @Pooshka

Agree , problem is we are not gonna get 2.5 anytime soon. Maybe start implementing "fixes" from 2.5 update is not bad idea. Mass PVP sucks right now and its only cause of those stupid skills.
