dear admin, you can see clearly that almost all ppl want an instant reboot of the server concerning droprates lowered to x1. can you imagine the impact it has for the server if ppl can powerfarm 18H ? pls reboot it now with the x1 droprate

So, after update community of L2Classic realized that rates of 1.5 patch re too high, what could occur in destability of server market, or be just unfair vs players that spend alot of time making their first C grade sets, and now u could just simply go and drop it. As voting pool shows us, it ill propably gonna be changed back to x1 drop/spoil, what most of players agreed. But what about adena droprate? Dear admins said it ill stay x2 But i'm not sure about is it good idea, lets just check DV 1st spots... within short amount of time we collect 200k adena in pt ~400 adena per mob in full party. The market looks good with prices atm, if more adena ill occur on server it ill change prices alot. Everything with adena x1 from 1.0 patch was fine, from start of the server we managed to gear ourselves, and grow the server, why to change it?

Dear friends! With drop update to v.1.5 you have noticed that it became too high. We want to start the poll, and based on it's results change drop/spoil rates from x3 to x2 or even x1. After update item's drop chance increased around 3.5 times comparing to 1.0 Example: Giant Fungus from Sea of Spores. Mithril Stockings in 1.0 has 0.005 chance http://i.imgur.com/rJoZgoA.png Mithril Stockings in 1.5 has 0.05% chance http://i.imgur.com/nogadvC.png Mithril Stocking Design in 1.0 was 0.5% drop chance, in 1.5 it has 1% drop chance. And now multiply it 3 times according to our 1.5 rates. And there are a lot of examples like this. We understand that NCSoft made it to help newcommers with fast items obtaining. We also understand that with this "easy" drop and so strong boost they wanted to attract new players, but on our server with our rates server becoming to look like pvp server. We understand that you, as NCSoft planned, want to have a lot of gear and Adena, but in this case you will loose interest to the game really fast. We don't want it to happen, that's why we are starting this poll. So. You have 12 hours to decide on the server with which rates you want to play. In 12 hours we will setup restart with decreasing of drop rates.   Best regards, Classic Team

the polls open for decision are not randomly created by players but by us. we give you to choose the things we think it will be possible for us to change in a way to make the game more pleasant for you. but dont go under the impression that you can still decide everything that happens on the server. as i said before, we like to share our opinions with you, and we like to listen to the opinions you have to give, but in this post no opinion was asked about any rollback or wipes or wtv else... in here we ask for a democratic answer in a way to choose the rates that will be applied in the server for the future. We already said that there will be no roll back or wipes or wtv else weird shenanigans you guys talk about there. the only thing it will happen tomorrow is: either the rates stay as it is now, or they will be changed for the option that bigger part of the community chose.   Dont make us change our mind into thinking we cannot count on you guys and girls to be grown ups and take part in our decisions. for me personally it would just be way easier to come here and make a post saying "rates will be changed to x1 for better balance and server longevity" lock the topic and problm solved. instead we create topics where we give you options... dont make me think we are wrong on doing so.  

so lets say in three monts we can change rates back if forum community wants? also what forum community want wipe, is that also under vote?

x1 all the way, it was too eazy already to obtain EABs, EACs... About adena drops i think in the low level mobs it is ok (to help newcomers), but im a bit worried about the high lvl ones, since all the prices are already going skyrocket (Cols, Eacs, etc).
