there's a reason why stun has 9 seconds duration if the target doesn't get hit. in that timeframe u can get closer and use your debuffs, then proceed to attack. that's way too much situational. in mass PvP usually you don't focus X targets, especially if they're in the back rows. that's simply because if you do you'll probably explode while trying to get closer, and that's because you'll have other ranged classes focusing on you since you'll be standing out. in mass PvP you just focus on those that are straight in front of you, aka the meat shields. as for the rest, it always depends on the situation. it's a given that if the HE is on snipe, you don't go straight to his face with the range disadvantage, you simply wait for his buff to wear off. for PR it's all about getting in range. once they do, they just need to land a stun followed by debuffs, then they can get the kill. given that the player knows what he's doing and rng doesn't go wrong, ofc.

destroyers got frenzy changed, now it gives running speed too. also, frenzy/guts trigger at 60% hp now, not 30% like before. tyrants no idea, i just heard that bison got nerfed. if u want to check the skills of all the classes: http://www.classic-core.com/human/ http://www.classic-core.com/elf/ http://www.classic-core.com/dark-elf/ http://www.classic-core.com/orc/ http://www.classic-core.com/dwarf/

How good are summoner classes in this chronicle?
Fenrir replied to minde0815's topic in General Discussion
actually, a Phantom Summonner should be already welcome in a fighter group starting from 1.0, since he has Phantom Cubic with Hex effect and poison. those 2 debuffs make farming mobs in group easier, especially when it's mobs with HPx2 or more. -
i've read somewhere about special blades for SAs on D grade weapons, but so far i haven't understood much about the whole process. apparently SA crystals are missing until 2.0, but that's only regarding C/B weapons.
-
that logic works only regarding the base stats. you're not taking in consideration debuffs, wich is a mistake. i honestly don't give a shit about what russians think. HE: http://www.classic-core.com/habilidades-human-hawkeye/ PR: http://www.classic-core.com/habilidades-phantom-ranger/ PR doesn't have to stand still with Dead Eye, while with Snipe you can't move. therefore, PR can kite people without issues. PR has debuffs on p.def+poison, wich means more damage over time. PR has Fatal Counter, wich is a nuke with 2.9k damage that can increase further the lower his HP gets. with that said, in MY opinion, PR is more deadly. then ofc, u can play with an HE too and kill anyone if you're good enough.

let them go, who cares. i'd rather let the development team work on bugs for all the time they need in order to have a decent server working fine, instead of rushing things and being forced to play on a crappy server because some retard can't wait for bug fixes. there's none. or least, there's 2-3 more RU projects, but those are all still in alpha phase, aka not active yet. also, i don't reccomend playing on JP. not only for the P2W shop, wich is retarded, along with the sea of bots, but also because they're banning people from EU/NA, so there's just no point in starting over there unless you want to simply try low level gameplay.
-
take your time, there's no hurry. if you guys are focusing on fixing the server while releasing development logs every once and then, it's more than fine.
-
guess that explains why people have the feeling of dropping more items in populated areas, rather than in empty ones.
-
i'll just speak PvP-wise, since it's the main focus of the game. Tanks: human(DA). Archer: dark elf. Dagger: human. Mage: human(necro). Buffer: depends on the group setup. generally speaking, warcryers and overlords are probably the only ones who can stand their ground due to stun attacks, debuffs and hp drains. the other buffers are mostly limited to support. Summonner: human.
-
depends on what you two want to do. if the both of you want to get parties easily, SWS+BD is probably the best support combo you can get for physical damage groups. a Warlock with Blessing of Queen could be an alternative to SWS as well. as for buffers, usually it's like this: - PP top for archers( Berserk+Greater Might ); - SE top for mages( Empower ), EE as secondary choice( Clarity ); - WC top for melees( VR+Greater Might ), SE as secondary choice( VR, decent Heals ). that's only regarding the overall buffs and setups for PvE thou. keep in mind that SE/EE also have better heals compared to WC/PP, Purify/Vitalyze and mana recharge. SE will also get Stigma of Shilen in 2.0, wich is like an extra Hex. useful for melee groups.

i can guarantee you that something like that would be exploited/abused right off the first day of implementation, so no thx. we don't need any kind of bonus or boost, really. the game will be fine as it is.
-
not a bad idea, but people will probably move to the most populated town regardless of the overall chances to sell their stuff. usually people tend to stay near teleporters in the towns with the highest % of people exping in the nearby areas, so when they scroll back to town to restock their supply of items, all the sellers have to do is just to wait for customers to show up. moving to the MDT would be fine if you have to sell specific stuff to people that are distant between each other, otherwise the hunting areas will define the shop locations in towns.

then go play on retail, instead of crying here. people are playing here mostly because RU/JP have language barriers + lag and it's not guaranteed either that an EU server will open. many other people want to play here simply because the game is international and also because the rates are not retarded like on retail L2C. good thing that at least the admins here have enough brain to understand that with 1/6 rates people will get bored and leave after not even 1 month. ask yourself why RU has merged all the L2C servers they had before. and to be clear: if you have a single server with very low population due to shit rates, you're bound to close it soon or later since you can't keep it running for just 200~300 people, but i doubt that's what the admins, or anyone else around here, would want. that's why we got x3 on exp,sp and adena. long story short: deal with it, or go play on retail.

seriously thou, people that know shit about Classic should just stop posting dumb suggestions.
-
that's not entirely true. human daggers got dash, that's +40 speed for 15 seconds: http://www.classic-core.com/habilidades-human-rogue/ elfs and dark elfs have ranged skills with slow effect, and bleed adds slow too. entangle/FS+bleed = -40% movement speed. the only thing that will be eventually a problem for daggers are roots, since those can't be avoided. the only solution to that is to get a bow and use stun shot if you're getting kited. or try to gank your enemy when he's not expecting you. daggers were never meant to be straight-to-the-face classes anyway, they were more of a ganking class.
-
disarm can be dealt with. multiple paralyzes + buffs stolen is just plain retarded from an hybrid nuker/DD class.
-
korea will implement the kamaels, it's a given fact. we can only hope that they will get skills reworked like all the other classes in order to make pvp overall more balanced. i sure as hell don't want to see SoulHounds with steal divinity/multiple paralyze ever again.
-
i doubt they'll reboot the forum as well. it makes no sense, especially when it's been used long before OBT until now. i guess that they will eventually create an archive for the old OBT topics and move them all there, just to make space for Live, wich would be more than fine considering that there's still forum/game rules missing, and also other sub-sections for classes/PvEvP setups/etc.
-
Greed should be still recruiting. if nothing changes on your side( and if you don't plan to stay neutral ), you could eventually think about joining forces with them, as long as you're up for PvP.
-
ci sono pure altri italiani? incredibile if you're playing casual, you may indeed give it a try with Harbingers. Greed is more PvP oriented, so i guess they'll have a busy daily routine.
-
anything that has stun attacks and/or ranged attacks.
-
no, just no. there's no need to mess with the default prices, especially when in later patches it will be the Castle Lords deciding about the Tax rates of grocery items. there's also a reason why the prices of the items are not the same in every town, and why some castles are harder to conquer than others.
-
anyhow, it would be faster and probably more reliable to log on retail JP, kill some mobs in the starting areas and check the average amount of adena dropped. then relog here and do the same. the only problem here is that the exp ratio is quite high, so anyone testing it will eventually need to create many characters in order to make further tests.

you should be able to play if you're using 2 different PCs and/or laptops/tablets. what you can't do is playing with 2 or more clients open from the same PC, given you don't have a PA.
