To put it simple you need 1kk exp to lvl up in 1.5, in 2.0 you need 2kk. So if you are currently 500k exp - 50% and 700k exp - 70% in 1.5 then 2.0 come, your exp still 500k but your % fixed to 25% same time 700k exp fixed to 35%, now we can figure out why you lost the differrent % at the same lv( 50% in1.5 is 25% in 2.0, 70% in 1.5 is 35% in 2.0). It isnt your exp lost, it s just table ratio fixed between amount of exp and % . P/s wondering whether that lier need to study economic law or not.
