I like how you crashed that BW helmet as an offering to the RNG fairies and followed other basic enchanting principles (like having the weapon equipped and enchanting on dwarf for higher chance), but you completely forgot about adding +STR dyes for higher enchant chance.

But worked anyway so who am I to judge. Congratz!
