Regarding the second question, as Theo said there's more than enough online I started playing again after about 3 months and I was really impressed by how well populated the server is. I often meet people even at low level locations (~25), which is something I'd have never expected on a 6 months old server. The beauty of this one is of course the settings of the server where even after half year you still can't reach the 'end game' and there's always something to do (unlike many mid-rate servers being opened these days where you get top equip after month and then there's nothing to do) and especially hard work from admins who are really passionate about this project (which is again something you don't see at all these days - most admins just open server, somehow maintain in for first month and then abandon it. Not here - they work as much as they did before). The project overall looks very professional from my point of view.
