Hello there! We're a new cp, looking for members to fill out our barracks. At the moment we are aiming for a "front line" cp. As you can imagine, playing in Classic club demands to use a european prime hence our prime goes around 20sh to 24 ish CEST. Language of cp: Before getting into of what we have, what we want bla bla bla. Just letting you know, we're old players, we dont mind helping someone to get to know about the classic server, we dont mind helping here and there to get you around our lvs, but the heavy lifting comes from you. So slackers, get out of my yard! Our current set up: WC SWS EE Tank Titan Extra characters: Pony x2 spoiler (low, mid high lv, good for helping to get extra experinos for low lvs while making adena) necro (ew) Artisan(high lv, you need to craft stuff? do not look anymore, we have your back cover). What we are looking: BD BP Extra DDs( we havent decided yet what kind of dds, from warlord tyrants or daggers, but everything is welcome for a discussion ^^) Side note: We are mostly from argentina and spain, it may seem weird for argentinians to play at that time but hey, life is strange. Also in the cp we will use "language of the cp"(which is english if you havent realized it) but get used to hear some macarena around, also we wont change our "cp language" just becasue we're mostly spanish speakers, so if you are from greece and you know some english (also you want to be here, hehe) dont be afraid, we dont bite yet..

Let's talk about this ad banner: First off, graphically wise, it's top notch, very sleak and clean, on first glance it feels like an advert for official server. What's my issue with it is the content in it. Few points: The only people who care about getting extra deposit bonus on donations are old players. Old players in majority of cases either (a) already play here, or (b) have already recieved the mass mail about Zaken patch / have heard of it from old clan/CP mates Even in the small number of cases where neither of above applies, I don't really feel like getting 10% deposit bonus something that would bring them back. From the new player perspective, a donation bonus is the last thing you care about if you haven't played here yet (not only that it doesn't attract them, it can actually backfire because the first thing they know about the server is that it has donations in it, which has always been considered the 'dark side' of the servers) The name of the server or URL is not explicitly mentioned. Side point, but the logo should probably incorporate the word "club" in it to differentiate from the official servers. If you look at this ad and decide to check it out later, you search for something like "Classic Lineage II" which guides you to official servers since on Google it's listed higher. My suggestion: Incorporate the "l2classic.club" in the banner Remove the whole "deposit bonus" and put weight on some of these : Zaken patch released (arguably the most important point because both /a/ the old players who might've missed the mail will know that Zaken patch is finally here and /b/ it works on new players because new patch implies new opportunities and new ways to get a headstart, as it's always been with L2 patches - newbies buffs, shadow weapons etc.) Reworked newbie bonuses (for above mentioned reasons, if you're joining an older server you want to know you'll be "compensated" for late start) Being over 4 years online (large part of the community has evolved from jumping on a new server each week and are looking for stability, so it's defnitely worth mentioning) Being the largest european classic server (obviously, people want to have someone to play with) Being 'hardcore' and 'oldschool' Lineage 2 (for those who might be unfamiliar with the concept of Classic altogether... Yeah I know it's not 'hardcore' compared to Classic 1.0 but it's still semi-hardcore compared to the old chronicles) If only the still banner is in question then the 'Zaken' mention would be my pick to put the weight on, if it could be turned into a gif then a short mention of all above points could work together (e.g. 'True Oldschool Lineage 2" -> "Largest EU Classic server (2000+ online) -> "New Zaken patch released" -> "Newbie bonuses reworked" -> "Over 4 years online" or similar order), if you could fit 2 points in the still banner then "zaken patch" + "largest european server" would work nicely together. /discuss

Today, one players PK me, where he was on top of a mount, and the summoner (magnus unicorn) used freely, would it be possible to remove this option? For it is impossible to reach the same, if, also using mount can not attack it.

You shouldn't have Trick or Treat buff lvl 2 or higher on you at time when you trying to get new one.

NPC won't rebuff you if you have higer buff level.

So I decided to take a bullet for the team and try opening some boxes with teleport scrolls that I bought yesterday for 150k per piece for experimental purposes. the results from 14 boxes were 2 EWC 1 Large firecracker 1 MT 1 Elixir of mind 1 XP/SP Scroll Normal 2 XP/SP Scroll Medium 1 XP/SP Scroll High 2 1st class buff scroll 2 EAD 1 IEAC So I made back barely 1/4th of the cost of the teleportation scrolls and that was because I was lucky and opened IEAC on the last box. It's a small sample but it can't be helped considering how hard it is to farm these teleport scrolls. Paying 150k for them seems to be a ripoff considering you need 50 rings to open one box, I'll probably wait for market prices to drop down before trying to open boxes again but I don't know if that will happen anytime soon. Farming them is annoying as fuck because I usually drop like 3-4 of them per rebuff on solo farm and then I go and spend them all on boris ?
