for the class quests is diferent, they do have low drop rates, just in case you might want to cancel other quests who require same monsters. i dont think its a thing but some ppl still believe that if you have multiple quests for same monsters it messes up the chances. also forgot to mention. if somehow you killing mobs with one hit, it also messes up the QI chance.

... that is the chance of skill landing considering all the factors. funny how you guys focused on the part where it says duration and not on the part where it says skill probability but ok. also the fact that some ppl come here and doubt about what i say even after i go out of my work to make the tests you guys require its not very nice. anyway. im getting used to this kind of stuff. just to leave it here for ppl with troubles on understanding. Mental shield works versus DA fear. Epic jewels work versus DA fear.

chance is 4.8% if you have mental shield, full epics set, and he doesnt have any epics.

but since im a good guy. first try no buffs no epics. second try with mental shield third try with mental and epics.

about the DA fear contrary to what some of you might think san0 actualy has more stuff to do then go and makes tests everytime someone cannot land/resist a debuff. but you can use the usual buffs to reduce the chance of getting DA fear. as in mental shield works against da fear.

its working all fine to me, just checked it. if you still find problms pls make sure you are killing the right monsters and you dont have any step of quest left behind and ofc if you do have quest on just in case when u go town restart quest if it will be still not working.

all the buffs work, they just have shitty values on classic, this was discussed a lot of times before couple of months after server opening. the value is so small and the damage from skills its so random that is hard to notice the influence of this skills in classic. anyway i pulled out some testing with higher damage values where its easyer to understand that they do work. Death spike on target no buffs. Same targets same gears same chars, death spike on Resist Dark buff same with death spike on song of invocation. now with holy resist. same characters, first print no buffs. second print with holy resist. again due to the fact the damage of skills is so random its not so easy to understand but you can see when buffs/song is on the damage is slightly lower.

i wouldnt be so sure if i were you... that info you get is from 2.0. it was changed on the 2.0 version that we do not have yet. this is the info for the 1.5 version that just curiously happen to be the version we have now on the server.

this kind of information about this type of changes will not be given before the update is ready cuz the implement of it or not will start right away interfeering with the market of the server.

you dont need to test chance if the game tells you the chance, it wont change on same conditions.

lvl 74 on lvl 76, no epics or any buff in any of the chars. first 2 withouth stun resistance. next 2 with stun resistance. just in case to avoid comments like sonic blaster is bugger and has higher stun chance. same test with sonic blaster.

thats the castle taxes, and to that you add the territory taxes. every territory have diferent taxes. for instance. items in hunter village cost more then in aden city. becuz the taxes on hunters village territory are bigger then the taxes of aden city. another example is hardins academy. prices on hardins academy merchant are more expensive then giran merchant due to the fact that the hardins academy location suffers ferom bigger taxes rate then the giran town location.

it not only aden, all other towns with castle owner have prices higher then giran cuz all are dark imprint while giran is light. so all other towns will have prices around 30% higher then giran, or oren (due to no castle owner) Giran castle owner is also the one getting less of that % of sales from all towns, and its the one contributing with more % to the main land castle in this case Aden castle.
