People are 76+ now. Where is the logic to boost newbies from 1-49 only? Whole idea is good, but not finished. Should be: 1-49 x2, 49-60 x1.5, 60-74 x1.10-15 or just change the runes, not mobs. Imho.

i dont know the WL's stuns landing rate, but if they are arround 70%, like some debuffs in general, then 70 * 0.60 (40% ressist) = 42% landing rate. according to your info (11 / 29) * 100 = ~38% which i think are ok.

put all marks ON and you will see that you miss, or mob resisted your attack. plus some mobs have no drops at all, or it has a chance to drop. f.e. 70% to drop adena
