You're right, the current system is an absolute disaster. It worked well when server was starting but right now it's way too hard to find people to play with on early levels since absolute majority of the server is 60+. Admins don't care as long as the online numbers are "comme ci comme ça" but it hurts the server greatly, since most chars are virtually unplayable without window and most simply do not want to pay 10€ a month. As for the online numbers go, we don't know exact numbers but it's pretty good - definitely better than e.g. Aden or Gludio servers at NCwest and far more than on Innova. As long as you get to higher levels, there're plenty people to play with.
