fatal counter in were we tunned it down a bit. i also shared the opinion it was a bit too strong so what we did was leave it with same damage basicly as a double shot but with the HP function, so lower HP still deals more dmg then full HP. to compensate for this damage loss the skill has chance to crit. basically you still have that one shot factor that can happen if it crits on low HP, its just not so reliable and constant as on official.

dont forget those pets dont exist on official, the drops/spoil patch is based on the official drops thats why it doesnt show that one.

i personally spend over 14 hours per day over the last year working for this project and this community, if that leads you to think that at some point we do not respect this community i'm not sure if to ignore that comment or be totally offended by it.

The problm with siegable clan halls is. The way game is going, im prety sure sooner or later ncsoft will use them for some weird stuff, specialy dev castle.  

so as we all know almost everytime new update comes out its basicly a 98% late game content and i kinda want to give some love for everyone who is not 50+ or something like this. altho, everytime we open a post asking for opinions it just turns into a mess of ppl defending their own point of view so what im asking here is, on my PM on forum. if you have the time and its not to much trouble, send me your opinions of what should be done for the ppl on the earlier levels. i will maybe exclude changes till lvl 20 since thats fairly easy to achieve. so basicly, send me on pm your opinions related to the early levels/newcomers/newbies situation. i will review all the opinions and consider all of them (ofc the ones that make any sence xD) and think about making some  quality changes in the life of the new comers/lower levels.   PS: Dont forget to send some cookies with the PM... to eat while i read.

Second i didnt say we couldnt fix it, i said more important stuff showed up to be done or to be fixed first. Third do u guys rly play with all those stuff on? I believe i would have maybe damage on but everything else off.

i think this is a problm we had with client for long time, it just never got fixed cuz more important stuff kept showing up.

​and you still will not have on those other servers most of the stuff you guys are asking here for the newbies. so what would be the point? anyway i think you guys are not considering also the psychological part of a difficulty level burst. imagine we make all that you guys suggested, lets say, herbs for low levels, and extra exp and free d grade and all of this. so guy will start in 2 days he will get to 40, he wont have money for anything becuz he exped way faster then he should so he didnt farmed money, his useless moon knight set is now even more useless, all the easy extras he had till now are now over. so what now? instead of having someone who took 5 days to get to level 40 but he got there and he was rdy for what was coming, you gonna get a guy who got to lvl 40 for free and now he is naked and stomped of how hard this game is.
