4 pointsOkey first of all i'd like to state that this thread has NOTHING to do with the mental shield change that occurred on the 23th of January. As i've tested it over a few thousand times to acquire data on various skills and at least on the necromancer Curse Fear i can safely report that it's working as intended and cuts the chance by half. So if a debuff has a 50% land rate it would land 25% of the time. This thread however has everything to do with the base chance of the necromancer curse fear which currently after that fix , intentionally or not has the wrong base values as stated here by san0 himself in a conversation with me: I have searched and asked for official data because i believe that it should be 70% and after the fix it's not working as intended, i've conducted numerous tests and all of them have fear landing around 46.5% to 48.5% based on 10 tests of 500 fears and around 21% on targets with mental shield equal or lower level. From the various experiments performed on classic i've collected the following data that proves my point CORRECT that necromancer's fear base land rate is 70%: Against same target level necro 74 vs enemy target 74: This data is taken from the thread that experiments if wit has any influence on debuff land rate and as you can see it does. Going from 10 to 22 wit is around 5% difference. It's safe to say that depending on your wit the base chance of fear vs equal level target without mental shield is around ~70%. Thread source: https://4gameforum.com/threads/615413/ As you can see all the official data points out that the base fear land rate vs players of all kinds of levels equal or lower should be around 70% and not as it is now on our live server 50%.Factoring the recent hotfix to mental shield, fear should land at 35% on targets with mental shield and not sub 25%. To sum it up I think i have provided sufficient evidence based on OFFICIAL data that the base land rates of necromancer debuffs before mental shield should be as follows: Curse fear = 70% Silence = 90% Anchor = 90%

1 pointBoth sides has some "point" in this argue... I agree that mages has overall much better DPS than PR with FC... but i see the "problem" for me in fact, that FC is fucking huge dmg instantly.. Me as bish has like zero chance to heal my target if its instakilled (robes except necro, rogues).... If you are fast and lucky, you can manage to keep alive for few seconds more some target hitted by mages (and give some time to you CCs to deal with him) but you cant overheal instakill. You have to accept the fact that in pvp versus archers at least one or two of your robes will die before you eliminate PR (which is quiet easy when you finally manage to target him/her)... Overall IMO lets keep FC as close to retail as possible, so lets be it in current state if its what braindead developers intorduced on offi. Too many customs lead to cancerous server and in some aspects we are already close to edge of that...

Still want to low more hp to fight against mage? Dark attack resistance is not fixed yet, is it ? Your cp doesnt have SWS level 74 and Warcryer, does it ? Isnt it funny enough guys ? Retards U guys want to balance the server ? GMs, they already did it to you. They changed class change group's option before fixing fatal counter like official server. Was it not enough to you? I changed to play PR before this fatal counter was fixed long time ago. There was no hope back then that GMs will fix it as official server. But i still enjoy playing it. Back at that time, HE was top choice in Archer's group and alot of guys i remember, they were disappoint playing PR and they rerolled to HE. And now, after it got fixed like official server. Some HEs complainted that PR is way too op. Lol ! Why dont you guys just try to reroll to PR and take a good look at it to see how excatly PR can do?

1 pointI landed Fatal on a necro (3,7 on him 3,7 on pet with reflect and i lost 1015 HP leaving me with 40 HP during mass pvp. The result was me dying from a basic attack (rly funny moment though) and him surviving ofc with full hp in 1 sec from healer. There is no real threat from PR if ppl start playing the game with a brain instead of posting in forum 1 QQ/sec.

It's not aden for oren, you guys always got problem on how you see the castles. It was aden for oren and gludio. Was a nice siege as well. This siege had much more less people on CC, previous siege was same numbered but that doesn't matter at all, gf ;D all server except your ally, that means pretty much half server right? coz other half is in your side also what broken alliance? i am pretty sure i saw there vigi, SM, westworld, pride, polaks, koreans, syndicate, so what exactly is broken in your ally? (except the fact u didnt have "official ally chat") Nah, nothing.. All I see last 2 sieges modoy, was 2 sides (from old sides) being together and you were already a bit more than us, that means no way we're the half server. You just don't playing at nights if i am not mistaken, one of those sides u are speaking is old ES+UQ, however last time i checked UQ was with u, its just Dee cp pissed on your head this time and didnt even show up, but arent UQ archer pts still playing with your side? and btw, i am playing at nights in the end, i am in TfD huehue clan which is american prime

1 pointyou would be surprised we actualy beated our own record of last 7 months i think on last weekend. (by about 200 ppl) anyway back to topic. i dont think it would solve the cH problm. smaller clans who would get into bigger clans would just keep the CH to use on their alt chars in their alt clan having more slots into a alt clan ending up inviting more ppl to that alt clan there for leading to the same problm it is now, so even if we do this. in 3 months we will have still no new clan halls, and clans again complaining they need more slots cuz they have 7 clans in ther side and would be good to communicate all together and so on and so on. dunno if you guys see where im heading here...
