My cp used to do that daily with me and a dagger friend in loa, @MoDoy, with active se, box pp, hex from gladi, sws or bd (sometimes both if we were lucky) daily. You kill relatively fast 1 by 1, but you can not expect it to be close to AoE farming with warriors. We changed then to ab AoE and the difference is huge. We never came back to loa again to kill one-by-one. I wouldnt. I can build up both parties for lvling my dagger, and i found out that aoe is the fastest way. Cyane stays leaching, while i use a tank, a recharger and a warlord, and i have better results. Just my own experience -

@Baluu all classes suck on soloing except summoners and maybe archers. But for duos, se+wl or any other warrior is viable, you can aoe in some places(specially if you are wl) or just kill one by one (except wl) The higher the group gets, the higher is the reward, the efficiency of aoe parties. Thats why cps tend to organise themselves around aoe cps, not single mob killing. Support/Tanks/Sws/BD classes are looking for aoe parties, not single mob killing. Warriors too. So they group together without daggers. Thats the trend. -

@BeNicePls ofc it will be more fair to split it even more, i agree to. But there is a limitation which is point 1) there will be less options to change to another classes, which result in less donations too. We are arguing about spliting dagger/archer but some people dont even agree on separating warriors from us. Lets focus there first -

It seems that the mayority agree that warriors exp faster than both -archers and daggers- no one is discusing that anymore. The debate has turn into archer vs dagger on pve But If we split the fourth group into 3 categories it would be too much i think (daggers-4- archers-5- warriors -6). And we cant leave archers together with warriors either. There are higher differences on pve between archer and warrior than archer and dagger. If an archer changes to dagger, i wouldnt call it exp abuse. Thats why i suggested this form -

For soloing archer is better. For duo, pp+archer is better than se+dagger For trio dagger+bd or sws+se works very well. Pp + 2 archer is great. But for parties 3+, aoe parties are the best: tank + recharger + warrior/s -

So i have been thinking about all you wrote, and tried to make a summary: 1) less donations for class changes since there would be less options (true) 2) more people crying for new changes on tiers (true) 3) On PVE: raid boss farm 'compensates' aoe farm ? lets focus here. i think this is false 4) On PVP: old dagger skill 'compensates' new high lvl daggers ? lets focus here i think this is not necessary true 1 and 2 are disadvantages of the suggestion, dont have much to argue there. But 3 and 4 are more debatable 3) It means that daggers can assist on raid bosses, so they have this option to farm. But the thing is that all fighters have opportunities to assist raid bosses, meaning that daggers dont have an advantage over them at farming, while warriors can also farm raid bosses (in general, as long as they have bows) and aoe too, while daggers can not. I can not compare xp/sp/drop rate per week between daily AoE farm vs raid bosses farm because i dont have much experience on that field. I think @DheMoN knows a lot more Also the fact that there have been limited raid bosses (up to lvl 65 only... and some rb were added lately) all this time, means that 67/68+ daggers hadnt this option, but warriors have aoed all this time. Warriors already have exploited this advantages over daggers. 4) New daggers can learn how to use l2c daggers in just a few weeks practicing and watching videos. The debuff system of classic is already known by people who have played warriors all this time and changed to daggers. If we talk about people who have never played daggers in any chronicle, then you are right, they would be lost, but i think that in general this is not the case since L2 is a 12+ year old game. Also the fact that in general, new daggers will be higher lvl than old daggers, which will give them better opportunities on olympiad/pvp, specially against debuffs. So i still think that the current system should be changed -
So the combo winner is: -sonic blaster -sonic storm (hammer crush fatal strike switch weapons triple slash+momentum stones! triple/double sonic slash switch weapons) --> repeat seems a good combo, sonic blaster never lands when it is blocked by shield and also is slower, so you dont use it on mele. Actually you did the same thing on all fights and it worked well, while soil varied more his combos/set (speaking about the videos you guys posted) switching weapons was very fluid on hellhound i agree, perhaps soil had some lag tho i have the feeling that skills reload a little faster, or can be used a bit sooner when they are casted using macros, am i right? anyone checked it?

locking character view to -first person only- is too big change i think, people wont like it no matter how fun/hardocre could seem to be, i accept it if it would be implemented for an x event only, but in general i like my character looks/animations, i cant imagine how olympiad could be with that camera only. tho im open to any custom suggestion regarding views of game,. That can be improved. For example war icons can be changed for smaller ones/the old fists, we can go deeper and make the game harder: you can not see the name of characters of your surroundings unless you point your mouse on them. And everything that has to do with decreasing information/numbers/icons/symbols on the sreen is better for the visual aspect (and more challenging), we all know how pretty the game looks on alt+h, we saw it on the screenshot event. but thats just my personal preferences, im sure people wont like it becuase they came to play L2 classic and not my own server Gz for the challenge. Try it with alt+h on sieges or mass pvp, that would be awesome

This post is about Class change system At the moment, the fourth group is formed as follows Fourth group classes: Warlord Gladiator Treasure Hunter Hawkeye Plainswalker Silver Ranger Abyss Walker Phantom Ranger Destroyer Tyrant But i think that is unfair for archers, and specially for daggers. Their capabilities for AoE, which is the most efficient system for leveling we know, are inferior or non-existent when compared to warriors. The clearest cases are Phantom Ranger and dagger classes, since they dont have ANY Aoe skills. Hawkeye and Silver ranger have, but are less efficient than Warriors. This means that those dd classes that cant offer a decent or any aoe damage, are not required on cps, or less accepted on groups/clans. I havent seen any post recruiting dagger classes because of this, and no random group that requires them for AoE pve. So they have to solo, or look for parties that kills mobs 1 by 1. And thats a big disadvantage in this chronicle. Specially for daggers, since they are fragile meles, and the fact that evasion sucks doesnt help anything. They require, more than any other fighter, someone else to absorb damage for them or a healer. But still, they are the least efficient fighters for soloing. Even less efficient than archers. I suggest that the groups should be as follows: Fourth group (only rogues) Treasure Hunter Hawkeye Plainswalker Silver Ranger Abbys Walker Phantom Ranger Fifth group classes: (only warriors) Warlord Gladiator Destroyer Tyrant Sixth group: Spellhowler Sorcerer Necromancer Spellsinger I ask you to consider the following 1) Do you think it is fair that a dagger, who has broke his ass soloing all this time and that has been rejected from pve parties because of not having anything to offer, can be in the same category off a Warlord, Destroyer, Gladiator? I dont think so... 2) Do you think that all dagger classes should change to warrior to lvl up faster? You can not doubt about warriors having an advantage in this matter. If we dont change the system, the most logic step would be to change to warrior (if you are a dagger) to lvl up much faster. Im against it, because it affects even more the variety of classes, the extremly low population of dagger classes. But most of all, im against it because i think it is unfair that warrior classes, with all this advantages they had until now, will endup being more leveled daggers on olympiads than the real daggers of classic: those who have played and learned to accept them with all the limitations they had on pvp all the way through since 1.0. In most cases admins have made things better than official imho, so i vote for (2) "We are not blindly following NCsoft updates, so there is a list of differences from official servers" i want this (skills included) That post should be updated tho. It says nothing about fatal counter or other customized skills. A list of all modified skills (at least the ones that are not in the patchnotes) is a must, specially for newcomers. About bug reporting, everything that works different from official and is not in the previous threads, should be always reported in bug section.

Check description of deadly blow in min 3:00 this was recored in 1.0 (or 1.3 dont remember, around march 7 or before) and description was fine. Then it was changed in 1.5 (or 1.3?). Good old memories There might be other skills with wrong/changed descriptions. For example, Spinning Slasher can crit(x2damage) in live server and its not in the description of the skill today.

Deadly blow and backstab can half-kill in live server. And only backstab can crit. Lethal blow (1.5 test sever) can half-kill(0 cp) and crit(x2 damage)

The boost of dex will affect -Dex warriors negatively too I would like to see how is the balance of +12 dyes with the nerf of wit and the boost of dex before capping it to +5 max.

Rush is a 3 job skill. We dont know anything yet about how the balance of classes will be with all the incoming skills of 2.0. Assuming that "Titan will not be able to compete and therefore needs a boost" is an assumption that no one can prove yet
