  1. ah, and also i forgot, necro is also not summoner, bring back old mechanics where necromancer needs corpse of mob to summon pet, not this mindless resummoning, he is not summoner, he shouldnt have such powerful tool

DA increase casting of dark panther to some ridiculous amount, like 45s with casting speed setup and 1 minute if you dont have wit dyes/casting speed set. what is this ridiculous "7s and i summon new pet", he is not summoner and ppl who say he doesnt have heal for pet to keep it alive, he has 3 UDs (which pet gets as well), he has aggro/mass aggro to protect it, once it dies, you should pay the price for losing it summoners drastically increase mana consumption for summoning new pet (be it even like 1000 mana) drastically decrease mana consumption for healing pet (lower it to some ridiculous amount like 30-50) you shouldnt just ditch the pet like that, healing your pet right now is pointless coz it costs same amount of mp like summoning new one pretty much, that way you promote gameplay which you actually have to play around your summon, not just "go my slave, i dont care what happens, i will go like rat somewhere and wait", when he goes for healing pet, he cannot have wall in between and needs to get exposed it has slight advantage for summoners as well, because not resummoning it means it keeps pet buffs you give him
  3. the thing with uppercut is that it has 10% resist chance, no matter how stacked your opponent is or how weak your destro is, 90% chance to land something that he cannot move after for several seconds - that gives you window to use 2 of your other stuns/fear i heard ppl finally started to resist some of the fears from destros (those who reached lvl 82 and have full epics), but you have to understand if you are lower level than 82 or you are not fully stacked with epics, uppercut can be landed without chance of interruption, because fear has immediate cast and ppl get comboed from 100 to 0 just like that (fear - demolition - armor crush - uppercut - hammer crush), because on top of giving non resistable debuff, it gives crazy damage
  4. 1 thing you forgot to mention, for love of god, please, never introduce blessed and improved and giant and destruction and whatever enchant scroll for new grade, this RNG sh1t with "oh, let me put 3-4 improved enchant weapons on gun and randomly make +10-12 weapon" is such a crap honestly chance to make fighter weapon +10 "normal way" is 5%, chance to make mage weapon +10 "normal way" is 0.7%, chances to make sets +6/7/8 are even less probably (lazy to google enchants for armors), thinking that this kind of overenchant should be normal is crazy in my opinion, thats why rizos idea to abolish all this star wars with new grade which is hard to enchant appeared. sure, you play a lot? you can make like +5/6 S grade weapon, you are newbie? you craft your S grade, make it +3, if you are ballzy and want "shiny" weapon, you go for some risky +4, nobody needs to see red/deep blue/purple weapons everywhere, these shiny armors comming from ppl proccing ez improved enchants in a row - sure, make it possible, but not easy to make by any means this could work if admins upped levels of all epic bosses to 80 lvl, so there is actual fight for it with your mains (lets face it, everyone hates this lowbie fiesta, it serves no purpose anymore as even if weaker clan appeared, it cannot really ninja epics), because if implemented right now, i can just imagine ppl being forced to farm these scrolls daily on their epic chars to have big advantage in case of death
  5. average destroyer will mop floor with average summoner in olympiad top tier destroyer will have 50/50 chance to win top tier summoner, except in open arena, where top tier destro once again should have upper hand over top tier summoner bleed on new rush skill gives too much damage. on other hand, bleed of daggers and string/poison of DEs is not dealing enough dmg (wannabe lvl up on 82, both damage and land rate)
  6. ppl suggesting olympiad tweaks for weak classes, you gotta understand that its total waste of admins time. let me explain why. you want to boost weak classes in olympiad a little bit, just so they are a little more competitive. now what will change if you tweak BD a little bit? there are like 2 players who play this class in olympiad (and thats in feedwave), now 90% of your matches will be vs necro/pony/DA/destro. now do you seriously believe, that with small boost you can kill any of those classes with BD? obviously not, so what it might change? sure, you might be able to win some archer (which will be coinflip again, not like guaranteed win), but wait, nobody plays sh1t classes in oly, so in the end, maybe like 2 matches per month, you will increase your chances vs sh1t classes from like 30% chance to win to 50% chance to win. 2 matches per month for 2 players on server. same analogy goes for other crap classes like paladin for example, 2 players on whole server who play it in oly and changes to it would make them win maybe 1-2 more matches from 100 in a month. these kind of tweaks would work when olympiad started and it wasnt full of OP classes (now everyone has box for olympiad which he plays), but once again, since there was diversity at start, there was no need to tweak anything, coz 80% of your matches you were playing vs same bad classes as you what you could argue with is nerf those OP classes smh, but even then, i dont think it will change much as those classes would have to be nerfed to ground so others can kill them and at that point, ppl would just xp new olympiad boxes which are OP to rekt everyone next important thing is, olympiad is just small part of l2, not everyone likes it, not everyone plays it, especially now with server being more asian populated than EU (and we know when olympiad starts in asian time, so barely some ppl play it or are forced to play at night, i dont think they really enjoy it ), so rather than focusing on balancing olympiad (which is impossible), put some focus on balancing outside pvp

    You find them same way like other skills in builder, now you just need to find which buff from list is correct and it should pop up in your passives (for clan passives), for unity i think you get active skill which you use and you get buff

To start it to answer ppls question if rizos is more than some random playing on server and his opinion weighting more - wake up and get out of hole, ppl are not equal, right now you dont have server which doesnt favor party/clan/ally leaders, most of the time admin even pays them to keep playing there, ally leaders+ admins having private chats where they balance sides and content and try to do stuff according to them, because they know if big sides leave, the server stops being attractive, so yes, his word is bigger than some randoms, eventho they say stuff (and its not rizos specifically, but any bigger leader, pretty sure if china/korean leader wrote to admin, maybe they wouldnt make admin change something, but they would minimum get reply from them, which i find very logical Now about content, take this with slight salt and that i dont expect you implement it or implement it immediately, i know how long you make regular updates, so something this big would take tons of time I was thinking why certain interlude server is actually doing fine with pvps - be it big sides or casual ppl, what they find so attractive about it and after watching some videos from there, i think i got some idea 1) overenchanted items - club looks like freaking star wars, improved enchants seem like absolute mistake, because with RNG you can luckily make top weapons +12 with 3 clicks, when i watched some mass pvp for baium from that server which was 7h long, it was pov of hero destroyer (which is not something any random can make, so he was definitely not some poor random), he was running there in draconic armor and db bow +4, yes, for sure he had epics, but you know that making s grade weapon with armor? Its not hard, it just takes some time. What we have here? You have to farm adena and buy full overenchanted weapon, coz gl being lucky enough to make any piece of equip being close to powerlevel of items top ppl of server use 2) that brings me to S grade content, all this overenchanted stuff must end with next grade, no special scrolls, no star wars, BUT you have to make it better than star wars B and A grade, so ppl will have to switch from it. I hoped you will open goddard as next big major update and smh figure this S grade stuff to abolish star wars and after that, god knows if how many years introduce good old HB with S80. Seeing how next major update is probably going to be HB, i really hope you wont be making any major changes to it and simply skip the S grade and jump straight to S80 gring fest. 3) old S grade system actually brings casuals closer to old stacked players. You ask why? Imagine i play with 1 friend, how exactly am i going to make star wars weapon/armor without being forced to play different char than main just to gring tons of adena? Correct, you want S grade armor? You gotta go farm that ketra/varka quest, which ofc you can speed up with aoe, if you have better equip, but 2 randoms can do it in similar pace on some chill zone and actually seeing progress as their quest fills up, if you play and see "today i farmed 50kk, just 2kkk more and we can buy some good gun for one of us", thats really depressing mentality in my opinion. Oh, you got bored of farming ketra/varka quests? Sure, go make TTs recipes in HS (yes, they are cancer, but some ppl enjoy it? Also its content which you dont really speed with equip, thus again its catching mechanic for new ppl, as it takes same time to make new set of jewels like old players if they decide to do it). Oh, you got bored of this? Np, you can go farm weapon recipes in IT or FoG, you dont even need party for that, you can farm first room in IT, sure, you get random recipe but thats disadvantage compared to playing with clan/party, you can still trade it between players for recipe you want. Also yes, FoG is gear dependant and destro could solo aoe farm recipes there later on in game, but IT? Limited mobs per room, problem was mobs giving you para so you need purify active, so even with better gear, you could max do 2 rooms farming compared to 1 room farming with barely any equip, so once again, new players would farm same powerlevel items comparable to old ppl 4) make new grade of equip just by crafting system, not being able to drop full items from regular mobs (maybe you could consider some big major boss like anthy/valakas, which is once per week and that would be like 5-10% of all equip (90-95% being from craft), make crafting actually be time consuming and not too much gear dependant (as i said example with IT, or ketra/varka wasnt really spot you could wfficiently aoe farm for those recipes) 5) make party zones really feel like party zones, you wont achieve that by simply pumping stats of mobs, you just make it harder for new/not so geared ppl while old folks will still farm it with 1 stacked orc. What you need is mobs actually having strong CCs, casting anchors, stuns, silences, strong bleeds, slows, sleep on healers, lowering defenses, etc., So you actually need active healers to cleanse, purify, heal, bards/tanks to aggro mobs and if you dont have that? Gl, your 1 tyrant will stand in CC all the time and eventually die with whole box army behind his ass. Make it as diverse as possible, some debuff being clensed by bishop, some by ee/se, some mobs focusing specially healers with debuffs, so that if party slacks, they will wipe if they dont react to debuffs fast enough, not mobs 1 shotting me coz i dont have +8 armor Now just to mention some other stuff ppl enjoy on that chronicle is probably manor/stakato quest, that way you dont need to box and play spoiler to craft those S grades, you just do it on main (tho manor is questionable with all the soft ppl use nowadays, but anyway) Tl;dr general idea what i bring is, let ppl farm a lot for something that once you make, its possible to upgrade, but its really hard. Also ppl must see actual progress, like "this week i made 2-3 recipes for gun, next week i will farn this and that material" instead of "this week i farmed X adena, i need Y adena more to afford to buy something instead of creating it myself" I spoke about S grade, but same principle can be achieved with S80 and HB, just make it better than top star wars equip you have on server now, quest tedious and time consuming, but not by mobs being RBs but actually tricky with debuffs, aggro mechanics (for example some mobs could have random aggro on ppl who dont do anything, that way your boxes would get aggro and die all the time, while if having active healers/bards tank that wouldnt be problem, let them cast debuffs, even aoe debuffs, so healers need to play on range and actually care about position, some mobs aggroing depending on heal element etc.) Ps: if you got all the way down here reading this wall of text which is bigger than i expected, you da champ 🏆

    If thats the case, its bugged and should be fixed, you shouldnt be able to get damage from any source of damage while in meduza (including bleed, poison, ff) - so be happy you can do this, not to have more features to abuse bugs if you were getting perma aggroed in pvps, tou would know rush on bard will make big difference for dds

    Eventho they are both in "paralyze" category, they are totally different mechanically and bleed/poison dmg should not do any dmg while in meduza (because you are literally immune) - if it works, its bugged, should be fixed and thus this change wont do anything to help class About rush, i can already feel how cancerous it will be for any classes when they wont be able to get any leeway from bards aggroing them, even after bard gets cced and you make distance between each other, because bard will just rush to them again and keep aggroing - not to say rush wont give any advantage to bd in oly, what will you do, rush to enemy and get cced on 100 range instead of 500? Neither of the solutions you provided doesnt solve bd olympiad problem (lets face it, bd was trash in every single chronicle olympiad wise, saying sws is good now in classic, welp, sws was insanely good in h5 and was one of the top farmers)

  12. daggers, master of tricks, definition of swiftness warriors getting bleed stronger than dagger, not to say bleed on dagger doesnt even lvl up no blinding blow on daggers no reduced time on shadow steps, still being 60s cooldown meanwhile, all warriors having rush which is mostly 4s, some 15s mages getting 15s blink archers getting 15s blink tanks getting 30s jump (or its just giving someone buff, instead of physically jumping to them and giving them buff?), but they want opponents to be close to them, for which they have chain strike as "anti-blink", also 15s just waiting until healers get also some "divine push" skill so daggers can be slowest and least mobile class on the battlefield confirmed just so its not only hating, gj with new content, looks interesting and hopefully you added some nice mechanics to boss (aka charging close aoe skills, spawning some minions which detonate for zillions of damage if you dont kill, etc. and that they are not just punching bags for which you need good equip and afk hitting party ) ps: rip 4 pillar arena
  13. just make zaken scrolls untradeable (but you gotta do it without announcement, coz then ppl would hoard them same like they did with 100% xp scrolls/bresses from tiger event :d). That way you solve all this box farming, if ppl want to go farm it for their party, they can just gate there every night, get 1 scroll each and done (i dont think its worth it but i might be wrong, and if i am wrong, then that would mean actually active parties would be gathering there each night which could leave in pvp? j/k, no pvps for you folks) also if isnt worthy for late game players anymore, good, at least newbies who could actually lvl up there around the area will have chance to get it and boost their xp a little bit
  14. destro is still good in pve (he just suck incredible ballz in pvp) gladi is also good in pve, as equip rises, he gets closer and closer to tyrant and on top equip only reason why tyrant is better than gladi is because of zealot, which he can pop if he aggroes too many mobs or generally for faster cleaning of mobs - all that considering that gladi is better in pvp than tyrant, so seems fair tyrant is better in pve warlord - sucks compared to others, on official you are able to make trains with them at least, no idea what is different here (i know they have kitty buff there, but that doesnt seem like only problem he has in pve)

  17. yes, that could happen, but imagine if side is so strong that half of side is enough to be comfortably winning on both RBs, then nothing will save the losing side except full restructuring of sides (some parties leaving winning side and joining losing side / winning side splitting into 2 sides / ...), no content will save that kind of situation
  18. PW in oly? sheesh, someone is not going to have fun times as far as i remember, i was +4 str -4 dex, +8 wit -? (i dont even remember which mage dye is restricted, but you can put only one, i think it was -INT that fighters can remove?) however, if you are not used to general caster dagger type (casting slow, heal, hex, power break, drain, ...) and going for more burst dmg, i would suggest +8 str -8 dex (or if you feel like you are missing a lot of blows, kappa, you can go -4 dex -4 con, but i wouldnt dare to lower con on pretty much any class )
  19. you gotta wait longer time for that, as this item not being removable was "fix" for ppl abusing getting CRP for heroes in their clan (take circlet which comes with 1k crp, delete, take circlet with 1k crp, delete, repeat, profit)
  20. many people know it and maybe they are afraid to admit it, but there are some players who despite not dominating, they refuse to give up just because of amount of time/money they spent on the project. there are many projects who are already doing what you described, they open new server every ~6 months and merge it with the main branch of server, cant say they are very successful, yes, their newly created servers have high population, but they all leave before the merge happens and the main branch is "meh" at best also like you said, not many competitive groups would join club server right now, do you actually think if new server was made with purpose of later merge, those competitive groups would show up there and stay after the merge? at best they would show up, play for 2 months to dominate server, RMT as much stuff as possible and cash out (#averageServerProcedure). but now really, lets say they opened new server, what would be adequate amount of time for you to accept merging servers? 6 months? (imagine main server losing some population for 6 months, thats actually already huge). now the question is, what will you achieve in those 6 months on new server? (or less, considering they wouldnt want to hurt their main server for literally half year). will you be able to compete with chars from old server? i dont think so, especially if market is not established, server and all the bosses/epics will be dominated by 1 side after 1-2 months (coz as i said, from start they might compete, at some point 1 side starts to lose, they cash out and quit, leaving other side freefarming and quitting right after them). club is unique in fact that they delivered what they promised, long term classic server without bullsh1t official features and most importantly NO wipes and NO closing of server, even if population sometimes drops to smaller numbers. who really appreciates those 2 values this server has, will start and play here, no matter whats difference in gear/lvl, because they know eventually they have chance to catch up to those people, be it 1+ year, but they can do it. no other server can guarantee you that, because they all close in span of 3 months, in which you most probably never catch up people on the top
  21. its actually very simple why players dont want new server which merges in future, mentality of l2 players nowadays is play 1-2 months and switch server the moment you are not dominating or top immediately, which also leaves that the guys who are dominatin on server staying alone and leaving as well, thus average lifespan of average l2 server right now is 2 months. thats why organized groups wont probably join this server, coz that would mean they would have to chain themselves to 1 project, invest into it to be something here, which is not an option because what if even after all that time they wont be top? if they quit, instead of wasting 2 months, they will waste 6-12 months. if new server is opened, many people who play current server would leave to start playing on new server, just because they are not top here, thinking maybe they will be top on new one (#spoiler: they wont). Thing that certain amount leaves from main server, ppl who decide to stay start to see population decrease, decrease in shops of market and in result will leave as well, coz they feel like server is dying. that why old players dont want merge, because new people who join new server will probably quit 2 months in if they see they are not dominating and so will quit old people from main server who switched and see that main server has no population now (coz ppl left for newly opened server), they see population decrease in newly opened server after 2 months, so they decide to leave as well. despite this server not having very competitive or strong parties in particular in its whole history, i would argue that at some points it came VERY close to famous Gran Kain (first ru classic off) in terms of competitiveness as sides/clans
  22. by no means its in "final stage", they are just not going to follow official with updates L2 has so much content before GoD (up to H5 i count normal L2), that generally this is not even half way used potential - Goddard area (IT/HS/FoG), Innadril area(fields of silence and second fields), Rune area(FoTD, stakato nest, Monastery of silence), whole Hellbound, whole Gracia continent (SoD/SoA/SoI with flying ships and transforms) - S grade armors, S80 armors (HB farming and HB pvps), vespers (gracia continent) - attribute system (different than whats on official right now, maybe some tweak of old attribute system? who knows) - still missing lots of skills for classes, which can be added later to be farmed in several different ways in new locations - from epic bosses - Frintezza / Freya / Valakas / Beleth / Tiat / Ekimus - there are just few people 83, they didnt even reach 85 cap, but i dont think there is problem even if you can go higher than that, as long as classic system is kept (or leave it 85 cap, but i think leveling is big part of motivation why ppl go outside of town and grind) - kamaels (now dont take me wrong, not necessarily new ones from classic as they are crap, also not necessarily old ones as they were OP, but possibly old ones being tweaked so they are not so OP OP, but generally decent) - improved pets (kookaburas/wolves, eventho i think wolves were kinda toxic for gameplay back in the time) possibilities are limitless, ofc i am not saying they should implement everything i wrote above and even if they decide so, it would take literally decade to get to that stage i believe, but pretty much anything you saw up to H5 (and maybe even some GoD features which are nice and not really out of l2 world) can be potentially implemented in the future. they are just done with blindly following official classic updates.
